"Imagination is more important than
knowledge." --Albert Einstein
IN A JOYA CORY WORKSHOP YOU'LL NOT
ONLY THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX, YOU'LL
FORGET THERE EVER WAS A BOX!
Using techniques drawn from improvisational theater and growth
psychology, we train teams and individuals at companies, schools
and/or organizations to become more focused, collaborative,
imaginative and joyful in their work and daily life.
We believe that improvisational theater skills are the
same skills people need to successfully deal with the
common issues facing corporations and/or working
groups today: responding to change, building teamwork with people of varying backgrounds,
and using creativity to solve problems and to create a more
harmonious and productive atmosphere in the workplace.
Our improvisation-based
group activities get participants to lead,
follow, innovate, and accept new ideas without
judgment in
a supportive, fun, and safe environment. Participants
practice expressing their points of view
freely and skillfully.
